The other party also undertakes to communicate free of charge, and within 30 days after the first broadcast, a copy of the audiovisual work incorporating radio or musical works belonging to the catalog MUSICOMETRE® (digitally) .

ARTICLE 5: PROPERTY RESERVE

Any authorization of use of a musical work belonging to the catalog MUSICOMETRE® is granted under the condition of payment of amounts arising from invoices (for custom music creation) and / or copyright settlement with SACEM / SDRM;

Accordingly, any use and distribution of music before any settlement of rights due to MUSICOMETRE® will likely lead to prosecution on the basis of infringement.

Article 6: JURIDICTION
